The Large Slip Bushing is a Cylinder Insert and is used to narrow the cylinder opening to provide a better vacuum seal. Using a Bushing will also increase comfort against the body, rather than using the cylinder alone. Included with and to be used with the PTV Automatic 3000 and ErecAid Esteem and ErecAid Classic. The Small Slip bushing fits inside the Large Slip bushing.

Osbon ErecAid Cylinder, suits ErecAid Esteem and Classic Systems.

Clear plastic cylinder, with white scaled markings.

Two grey bushings included, in two different sizes.

Regular insert and small insert. The small fits inside the Regular. This allows three different cylinder diameters at the base.

Care instructions: wash out in warm soapy water. Allow to dry before storing.

Cylinder Size is 2″ x 8.5″.

ErecAid Cylinder Insert – Regular

Original Osbon Cylinder Insert. Regular size only.

Fits into the clear plastic cylinder for both the ErecAid Esteem and the ErecAid Classic System. Grey in colour.

Small Cylinder Insert can be purchased separately. The Small Insert fits inside the Regular Insert. The product image depicts both the Regular and the Small.

This insert is optional. Some men use it some men don’t. It slightly narrows the end of the Osbon Cylinder so that the negative pressure inside the cylinder has contact with less skin.

ErecAid Cylinder Maximiser

Use with ErecAid Systems only. Add-on to standard cylinder, with gasket to create seal. The purpose is to extend the cylinder length and the diameter at the base.

Note: the ring loading mechanism does not fit this Cylinder Maximiser. Manual loading of the tension rings is required. Not suitable for men with limited manual dexterity. SPECIAL ORDER ITEM.

ErecAid Ring Loader – replacement part

The ErecAid Ring Loader is designed to fit onto the end of the Osbon Cylinder and makes easy work of loading the Osbon Rings onto the cylinder. The ring loader also works with the PosTVac BOS3000 cylinder.

This is also suitable for men who own the ErecAid Classic System (which does not come with the Ring Loader), and wish to purchase the ring loader as an add-on.

Includes Ring Loader and lid components only. The pump head, cylinder and rings are to be purchased separately. Refer to ErecAid Esteem Manual System or ErecAid Classic System to purchase the complete system.

The ErecAid Ring Loader is a cone shaped device, onto which a tension ring is applied. The lid is pushed over the top, stretching the tension ring onto the end of the cylinder. Timm Medical Lubricating Gel (water-based lubricant) is required to smoothly stretch the tension ring over the cone.

The Ring Loader helps men make sure they are loading the ring the right way up (there is a top and a bottom to the Osbon Rings). The Ring Loader was introduced because men reported difficulties in stretching the quite firm tension rings onto the end of the cylinder manually. The ring loader makes this process easy.

ErecAid Esteem Manual Handle – replacement part

The ErecAid Esteem Manual Handle is designed to fit onto the end of the Osbon Cylinder.

Customers should already have purchased the ErecAid Esteem System in the past. This is suitable for men who have broken or misplaced their existing Esteem Manual pump head and just want to replace it.

Lever-style hand pump, grey in colour. Push button release valve to release negative pressure.

Includes hand pump component only. Cylinder, rings and ring loading device to be purchased separately. Refer to ErecAid Esteem Manual System to purchase the complete system.

Pump head is not compatible with ErecAid Classic System.

Not compatible with the PTV system.

The Scrotal Shield is suitable for use with the ErecAid and PosTVac Systems.

It can assist in preventing scrotal tissue from being drawn into the vacuum cylinder. The Scrotal Shield is available in two sizes, 3/4″ and 1″ centre opening.
